Summer practice internship announcement!

Dear students, we inform you about the practical summer internship, which will take place between 03.07-14.07.2023 in for the Discipline - Therapeutic Dentistry.

 

We inform you that it is necessary to present the following at the practical exam in the autumn:

 

1. The practice register for the Therapeutic Dentistry discipline with the patients registered according to the period of practical training, the signature and wet stamp of the monitoring doctor on each sheet of the register.

2. Reference of the monitoring doctor regarding the student's activity, with the signature of the monitoring doctor and the wet stamp of the institution

3. The Xerox copy of the accreditation certificate, the institution's license, the doctor's diploma

4. Confirmation of non-receipt of fees for the student's clinical activity.

 

For international students, documents must be presented in English or translated into English and notarized.

 

Anunț practică de vară!

Dragi studenți,  vă informăm despre stagiul practic de vară, care se va desfășura în perioada 03.07-14.07.2023 la disciplina Stomatologie terapeutică. 

 

Vă informăm că este necesar să prezentați la examenul de practică în toamnă următoarele:

 

1. Registrul  de practică la disciplina Stomatologie terapeutică cu pacienții înregistrați conform periodei desfășurării stagiului practic, semnătura și ștampila umedă a medicului curant pe fiecare foaie a caietului.
2. Referința medicului curant referitor la activitatea studentului, cu  semnătura medicului curant și parafa instituției
3. Xerox-ul certificatului de acreditare, licența instituției, diploma medicului curant
4. Confirmarea a ne perceperii taxelor pentru activitatea clinică a studentului.

 

Pentru studenții internaționali actele trebuie să fie prezentate în limba engleză sau traduse în engleză și autentificate notarial.

 

 

Presusținerea  la Catedra de odontologie, parodontologie și patologie orală va avea loc Toma Ciorba 42,  studenții autohtoni aula nr. 1, studenții internaționali cabinetul 203, orele 12:30
